Driven Distributed Consensus for an Integrated Globalized World

ABSTRACT: The blockchain technology, BCT, will provide one of the main web-tool of the future, featured with what will be the true peer-to-peer relation, free of the third part, dys- functional and problem maker term. In the same time, Artificial Intelligence, comes out from the last AI winter with an irrepressible openness for socially requested applications. Both, are ready to support dramatic changes in how our complex and dynamic world is governed. The decision mechanism, at any level in our society, can be improved by the use of the last information technologies, ITs. The main malfunctions of our world are reviewed in order to correlate them with the possible solutions provided by the emergent ITs. The BCT is pre- sented and its use in the making decision process investigated. The impact on the foreseen iDemocracy, iConsensus and iGovernance is evaluated.
