ABSTRACT: This paper presents the fabrication of an electrochemical sensor that is used for counting T-cells from blood, based on interdigitated electrodes integrated in a microfluidic system. The sensor is composed of two working interdigitated electrodes (WE), a reference electrode (RE) and a counting electrode (CE). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to study the cellular activities. Impedance spectra allows to analyse the changes and charge transfer resistance due to cell attachment on the interdigitated microelectrodesKEYWORDS: Electrochemical sensors, interdigitated electrodes, impedance, T-cellsRead full text (pdf)
